l baji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement applicable to users of the l baji platform and all its associated services. By completing registration on the platform or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

l baji reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are therefore advised to visit this page at regular intervals.

The following conditions must be met in order to use l baji's services:

• The member must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
• Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them may be suspended or closed.
• If more than one member of the same household uses separate accounts, each account must have a distinct verified identity.
• Keeping the account password and login details secure is the member's own responsibility. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification

l baji may at any time request the necessary documents to verify a member's identity. Deposits, withdrawals or bonus benefits may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 Right to Suspend or Close an Account

If a member breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity or provides false information, l baji reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. In such cases the related bonuses will be cancelled, and only a refund of the actual deposited amount will be considered.

All financial transactions on l baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using the approved payment methods listed below.

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other scheduled banks) can be used for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Security of Funds

Members' deposited funds are managed securely. All transactions are completed through SSL encryption and a secure payment gateway. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

l baji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions, and these must be read before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met. That means for a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used alongside real-money betting. A bonus itself cannot be converted directly to cash.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• If an attempt is made to claim any bonus offer more than once, the account may be suspended.
• l baji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Each bonus has a set validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

4.3 Other Promotions

Promotions such as the weekly reload bonus, slots bonus, Friday special offer, birthday reward and referral bonus are each governed by their own detailed terms and conditions. Please check the terms on the relevant page before claiming any offer.

The l baji platform provides sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and other gaming services. Each game category has its own rules, and the general rules below are mandatory across all categories.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the specific rules state otherwise.
• l baji reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or the display of incorrect odds.
• If an event does not take place or is not completed within the specified time, a separate policy will apply to the bets concerned.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event, or attempting to bet in a coordinated manner ("arbitrage"), is prohibited.
• The rules of the software company operating the game will also apply.

5.1 Betting Limits

l baji sets minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and events. These limits may change at any time and will be displayed on the relevant betting page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l baji platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and, where necessary, legal action.

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using bots or any automated software, scripts or unfair methods to play games.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Attempting to access another member's account or misusing their information.
• Spreading false information with the intention of damaging the platform's reputation.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through any form of manipulation or fraud.

l baji places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. How the information provided at registration is collected, stored and used is described in detail in the Privacy Policy. Members are requested to read that policy carefully as well.

Members' information is not sold to third parties. However, it may be necessary to share information with the relevant authorities due to legal obligations or for the purposes of a security investigation.

All payment pages and the member portal on l baji are secured through SSL encryption. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please inform the support team immediately.

l baji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed responsibly. The platform provides members with several tools, including setting deposit limits, temporarily suspending an account and taking a voluntary break.

9.1 How to Submit a Complaint

All complaints are resolved as quickly as possible. Complex cases may require additional time, and the member will be informed in such situations.

• Loss of a bet or cancellation of a game session due to internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by the member's own device or software.
• Account damage resulting from unauthorised third-party access, where the member has not complied with the security-related terms.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives or any other unforeseen events.
• Errors in third-party game provider software or changes to their policies.

All content on the l baji platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is the intellectual property of l baji or its authorised licensors. Reproducing, distributing or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

l baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

If a member no longer wishes to accept these Terms, they may request account closure. Subject to applicable wagering and withdrawal conditions at the time of closure, any remaining balance will be returned.
